Contract Furniture Quotes, at contractfurniture.us, is run by Automation Research Company, LLC. This notice covers the information the site collects and what the company does with it. Send questions about it to help@automationtactics.com.

What the form collects

The quote request form asks for your name, your company, your work email address, your phone number and your role. It also asks about the project: the type of project, whether the furniture goes indoors or outdoors, the items and quantities, a budget range, when you need the furniture, the delivery ZIP code, a link to a spec sheet or plan, and any notes. The phone number, role, budget, link and notes are optional.

How the details are used

Automation Research Company, LLC uses the details to answer your request and to prepare a quote. The company answers by email, or by phone when you give a number. It uses your email address and phone number only to contact you about the request, and it does not send text messages.

Pricing a project can mean asking furniture manufacturers, dealers or installers for their prices. The company may share the project details with them for that purpose. It shares your name and contact details with a supplier only after asking you.

The company does not sell the information you send.

Where the details go

When you send the form, the site emails the request to the company’s inbox at help@automationtactics.com. The site runs on Cloudflare, which carries the request from your browser and uses your IP address to limit how many requests one connection can send in a minute. The email is sent through Postmark, an email delivery service, or through Cloudflare when Postmark is unavailable. Postmark says it keeps the content of the messages it sends for 45 days by default. The site keeps no other copy.

Spam check and visit counts

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. To do that, Turnstile reads technical details from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare describes what it collects in its Turnstile privacy addendum.

The site counts visits with Fathom Analytics. Fathom’s privacy policy says it processes only the IP address and the browser’s user agent string to count a visit.

How long the details are kept

A request stays in the company’s email for as long as the company needs it to answer you and to keep its business records. You can ask for your request to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

Write to help@automationtactics.com to see, correct or delete the details you sent. The law of the state you live in may give you further rights over your information, and you can use them by writing to the same address.
